**Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición Materials Coordinator que estará localizada en Ciudad Juarez, Mexico**

**Propósito**:
Supervisa las actividades de coordinar a los materialistas así como de los asociados relacionadas con las operaciones de material llevando a cabo las funciones y responsabilidades relacionadas al proceso de recepción, almacenamiento, asignación de material y el control de los mismos, ayudando a cumplir las metas de eficiencia en las líneas de producción, siguiendo el sistema de calidad, requerimientos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente ( EHS), garantizando un eficiente uso de los recursos humanos y materiales

**Principales responsabilidades**:
Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y procedimientos y lineamientos del Corporativo Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:

- Crea y certifica el personal a su cargo en los diferentes procedimientos concernientes al área.
- Se asegura que las hojas de operación estén actualizadas.
- Proporciona dirección y asistencia a sus empleados. Capaz de dirigirlos a través de situaciones técnicas e interpersonales.
- Mantiene la credibilidad de los registros de asignación y retorno de material y enseña a sus empleados cuando ocurren discrepancias.
- Control de entradas y salidas de materiales como platino y oro para evitar perdidas
- Control de cajas de seguridad con metales preciosos
- Control de scrap o material para reciclar, llevar un control de lo recibido y enviado a reciclado
- Participa activamente en programas de mejora continua de sus procesos.
- Ofrece sugerencias para mejorar a sus compañeros y gerencia.
- Cumple con los requerimientos de Calidad, QSR, ISO 9000, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad de la empresa.
- Responsable de conocer, implementar y cumplir con los requerimientos de seguridad de la empresa, así mismo con las reglas de control ambiental corporativo.
- Excelente conocimiento en sistemas de cómputo (JDE). Capaz de analizar la información, así como de enseñar a otros como manejar y leer la información en los sistemas.
- Responsable de mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y ordenadas.
- Debe tener un conocimiento total de flujo de material.
- Demuestra el sentido de urgencia al tratar con las necesidades de sus clientes internos.
- Debe establecer y manejar prioridades.
- Responsable de supervisar el área a través de los turnos existentes.
- Es responsable de coordinar el control de materiales en almacenes localizados dentro de áreas de producción, apoyando las asignaciones de materiales y correcta rastreabilidad de asignaciones y transacciones realizadas.
- Es responsable del control y custodia del material precioso como Platino y Oro.
- Investiga, implementa y documenta acciones correctivas y preventivas para mejorar el desempeño de las transacciones de materiales para cumplir con los requisitos del Sistema de Calidad, tales como NCR, CAPA, observaciones de auditoría y otros. Lleva a cabo reducciones de costo operacional, disminuye diferencias de conteos cíclicos año con año, colabora para mejorar MUV en unidades de negocios
- Responsable de comunicar asuntos u oportunidades relacionadas al negocio al siguiente nível administrativo
- Responsable de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todos los lineamientos de la Compañía relacionados a prácticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente y que todos los recursos necesarios para realizarlo se encuentren disponibles y en buena condición.
