Los equipos de ingeniería de fabricación y desarrollo de procesos de TE Connectivity influyen significativamente en los proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos productos impulsados por LEANPD, impulsando la excelencia en las tecnologías y métodos de fabricación existentes y esforzándose por implementar nuevas tecnologías de fabricación para proporcionar un mejor control de procesos y tolerancias. Actúan como elemento aglutinante entre el desarrollo de productos y la ingeniería de fabricación, garantizando la eficacia y eficiencia de esta interfaz crítica. Apoyan el desarrollo de productos en la optimización de diseños y piezas para su fabricación mediante la realización de herramientas/productos/prototipos de muestra. También diseñan, desarrollan y cualifican herramientas y procesos para cumplir con los estándares de calidad y producción de TE, documentan todos los procesos y herramientas en los sistemas aplicables de TE, apoyan la cadena de suministro para verificar el cumplimiento y la capacidad del proveedor, inician e implementan programas para mejorar continuamente la calidad, el coste y el tiempo de ciclo y se adhieren a todas las especificaciones apropiadas, requisitos reglamentarios y requisitos del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Responsable de ensamble mecánico de maquinaria de producción.
- Responsable de ensamble de guardas y perfilería de maquinaria de producción.
- Responsable de mantenimiento y limpieza general de taller
- Responsable fabricación de retrabajo de piezas/tooling
- Soporte en armado, cableado y construcción de gabinetes eléctricos de maquinaria de producción
**Habilidades**:
- Conocimiento y manejo de Fresadora manual, rectificadora, sierra de corte.
- Conocimiento y manejo general de herramienta de taller (taladro, sierra, dremmel, etc)
- Conocimiento y manejo general de herramienta de mano (llaves allen, llaves españolas, desarmadores, etc).
- Ingles no es fundamental es un plus
- Conocimiento en armado de gabinetes eléctricos es un plus
- Conocimiento en conexión de elementos neumáticos es un plus
- Conocimiento en conexión y funcionamiento de sensores
