Gemba Staff Iln

Gemba Staff is responsible for being the backup of the operational leaders in case of absence and / or rotation as well as executing tasks related to operational improvement projects.

Also Responsible for the correct and timely issuance of operational reports, as well as the analysis and monitoring of the KPIS as the first information review; issuing the procedures for the flow and processing of data and records within NMEX's systems and databases.

Finally to maintain updated and available the information necessary for the analysis and execution of the warehouse operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Generation of anomalies upon receipt of materials
Generation of container inspection report.
Strong operational data interpretation skills
Run 5's and Safety audits.
Run GK assessment and to propose a correction plan.
Be able to detect possible errors within the operation.
Monitor KYT and QKYT dynamics
Provide the necessary support to cover the supervisory role according to the Job Allocation

**Education/Certifications**:
Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree related with administration, engineering or related education.

**Language**: English (Basic, non-mandatory)

**Travel %**: Rarely (10%)
