Acompañar la toma de decisiones de la Dirección de planta con enfoque al logro de los resultados financieros comprometidos. Liderar la elaboración y/o consolidación de los ejercicios presupuestales ( SP, AP, RoFo.) y de seguimiento financiero y KPI´s de Planta. Recibe y coordina las actividades de control con auditores externos, P&CI, Global Audit, etc. dando seguimiento a las áreas de oportunidad, así como al cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos.
