**Principales Actividades, Responsabilidades y Autoridades**:

- Responsable de validaciones de primeros artículos (FAI)
- Actualización y/o creación de documentos
- Dar soporte a ejecuciones de validaciones (IQ/OQ/PQ/Pilot)
- Diseño y/o mejora de herramientas
- Soporte a transferencias de productos
- Cumplir sus funciones apegado a la cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización.
- Cumplir e impulsar el cumplimiento de las políticas de Baxter y el código de conducta.
- Implementar el código de conducta de Baxter, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la política Global de interacciones y política de terceros.
- Mantener la coordinación entre departamentos, para asegurar de manera ininterrumpida el flujo de trabajo.
- Apoyar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos desde la perspectiva de cada uno de los procesos tales como: manufactura, costura y ensamble.
- Participar en iniciativas de proyectos de mejora de la calidad en el producto y en los procesos de manufactura. Recomendar acciones preventivas y correctivas. Apoyar en la implementación de acciones correctivas en fallas del producto o proceso.
- Aplicar herramientas de mejora continua en producción, a través de metodología Lean y/o Six Sigma.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad y buenas prácticas en procesos de manufactura: reportar problemas relacionados al proceso y de seguridad, para asegurar el cumplimiento en todas las regulaciones.
- Apegarse a procesos de manufactura y calidad, así como asegurar el cumplimiento por parte de los operadores.

**Escolaridad**:

- Carrera en Ingenieria (Terminada o en proceso)

**Experiência**:

- Mínimo 1 - 2 años de experiência, trabajando directamente en procesos de manufactura (Industria Medica ISO13485 deseable).

**Conocimientos**:

- Conocimiento en técnicas de solución de problemas
- MS Office
- Inglés (Intermedio)
- Toma de tiempos
- Conocimientos de GD&T
- Conocimientos de CAD (AutoCad, Solidworks, Inventor, u otros)
- Conocimientos de Estadística
- Conocimiento en herramientas de manufactura esbelta
- Conocimientos sobre validación de procesos
- Conocimientos en buenas prácticas de documentación
