Biólogo Molecular

CHIPSA Hospital is looking for experts in genomics and/or bioinformatics to perform the analysis of genomic data generated from patients, working with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, cell biologists, and chemists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of genomic data including public data repositories and those generated by massive sequencing (Illumina, MGI, Nanopore).
- Construction of datasets and modeling.
- Collaborative work with the cellular and clinical laboratory.
- Integration of genomic data with pathology, clinical and molecular data of patients.

**Requirements**:

- Education in genomics, bioinformatics, cell biology, molecular biology, biological systems, or related areas (Master's or Ph.D. desirable).
- Knowledge of metagenomics, transcriptomics, statistics. Data science: R, Python, etc.
- Experience in the biomedical area is valuable.
- Scientific publications (desirable).
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
