Receptionist

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Uber Freight is looking for experienced professionals for the department of Human Resources with a background in customer service and receptionist field. Our specialist will act as main point of contact for visitor and vendors, providing an overall welcoming environment all while providing excellent customer service to our customers

**WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL DO**:

- Ensure the quality of internal customer services offered, in addition to a maintaining acceptable response time
- Provide greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
- Promote safety protocols in every moment
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed. Keep confidentiality all the time ad with all information.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Maintain reception and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copy machine, a computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests, including the ones in the building receptionist
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute.
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed and maintain the general office filing system
- Follow up payments with Finance and customers
- Maintain and Promote safety protocols between vendors, visitors, and employees
- Manage relationship with cleaning vendor
- Coordinate and support events, meetings and audits when need it
- Manage meeting rooms, in order to comply with internal use policy of any workspace

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Advanced English (Oral and written Mandatory).
- Customer service.
- Management of Excel and Power Point.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in access control.
- Management of cleaning staff and supplies.
