As a Supply Chain Manager you’ll be responsible for **leading the Mexicali's operation to exceed our Customer Delivery metrics, optimize resources in Production and Components planning, developing a effective materials supply strategy, stocking and replenishment to optimize costs and availability.**

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Exceed customer delivery metrics.**
- ** Optimize supply chain resources and costs.**
- ** Lead Supply Chain team performance and development to an MTS-centric archetype.**
- ** Reduce raw materials inventory to optimize the company's cash flow.**
- ** Develop a Materials Replenishment strategy to optimize materials supply to Operations at a very optimum cost.**

**Your qualifications**:

- ** 5+ years of experience as SCM, highly preferred in an MTS manufacturing environment.**
- ** High-functioning leadership skills.**
- ** SAP and business analytics software.**
- ** Proven experience in Inventory control management and optimization.**
- ** Proficient in Leading indicators and LSW management.**
- ** APICS Certified.**
