You as Associate, Human Resources Mgt will be responsible of
- Supporting the International HR Country Management team
- Supporting operational and administrative activities
- Data reporting & Data Entry & Filing
- Administrating International/ Local Policies and Programs
- Providing Employee and Mgmt Support where applicable
- Onboarding, life cycle and exit responsibilities
- Labor Relations activities/Case Management
- Fluent in English & Spanish - both spoken, and business written
- Preferable 3-4-year experience gained within an HR function
- Schedule availability (rotate shifts/weekends)

intermediate knowledge of Mexican Law/Labor Relations
- Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
