AECOM México busca Procurement Coordinator.

Funciones:

- Colaborar con el Departamento de Compras del Cliente para asegurar que todos los contratos y órdenes de compra hayan sido colocados en tiempo y forma.
- Ser el enlace entre los Proveedores de Equipo y Materiales (Fabricantes, General Contractor y/o Subcontratista) y el Departamento de Compras del Cliente una vez colocados los Contratos y pedidos
- Establecer y mantener comunicación con los Proveedores de Equipo y materiales para asegurar que los contratos y órdenes de compra estén claros en cuanto a la parte técnica y comercial, de tal forma que asegure que los suministros serán completos, a tiempo, con la calidad y especificaciones requeridas y sin ningún contratiempo.
- Asegurar que se cuente con todos los planes/programas de suministro de todos los equipos y materiales de los Proveedores del Cliente alineados a los programas de construcción
- Monitorear los programas de suministro de los Proveedores, asegurando que cuenten con, la capacidad y un plan de fabricación, las órdenes de compra de materiales y/o subcomponentes correspondientes con sus respectivos proveedores.
- Realizar especial seguimiento a los “long lead ítems”, LLI, asegurando que las PO’s y contratos son realizados con la anticipación requerida para no poner en riesgo el plan de Construcción.
- Seguimiento al adecuado resguardo de los equipos y materiales recibidos en sitio.
- Monitorear el desempeño de los proveedores, en relación al suministro y almacenamiento, para garantizar el cumplimiento de las condiciones contractuales, y tomar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario.
- Coadyuvante en vigilar el cumplimiento del programa de construcción aprobado y la actualización de este en caso de ser necesario. Verificará que el GC, subcontratista y proveedores de bienes y servicios del Cliente se aseguren de cumplir con la normativa nacional y en caso de no existir, apegarse a los estándares internacionales aplicables.
- Colaborar en la identificación de las distintas ordenes de cambio que puedan surgir de los bienes o servicios contratados por el cliente, ya sea en tiempo y/o costo, documentarlas y darles seguimiento.
- Informar inmediatamente a la Gerencia respecto a riesgos que se visualicen en el seguimiento de los planes de suministros de los Proveedores respecto al suministro de materiales y equipo en cuanto a la entrega a tiempo, la calidad y especificaciones requeridas y las cantidades solicitadas
- Colaborar con el grupo de Construcion Management de AECOM y del cliente para integrar la planificación presupuestaria y el seguimiento de costos en las actividades de suministro de bienes y servicios contratados por el Cliente, su GC y subcontratistas.
- Desarrollar y mantener un sistema de reportes para monitorear y proporcionar actualizaciones regulares sobre el estado del suministro de las adquisiciones realizadas por el cliente y su GC, así como el impacto en el proyecto de construcción.
- Asegurar la adhesión a las normativas legales y éticas en todas las actividades de suministro de los bienes y servicios adquiridos por el Cliente, su GC y Subcontratistas.
- Promover prácticas sostenibles y éticas en el suministro de los insumos, bienes y servicios adquiridos por el Cliente, GC y subcontratistas.

**Qualifications**

Requisitos mínimos:

- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Logística o campos relacionados + 4 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiência y/o educación

Experiência:

- Experiência en procura aplicables a la industria de la construcción
- Negociación, manejo de padrón de proveedores, ley aduanera, ley de instituciones de crédito, ley de sociedades mercantiles,
- procesos constructivos y manejo de fianzas.

Preferencias:

- 7 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos.
- Inglés deseable
