For over thirty years, International Studies Abroad (ISA), a division of WorldStrides, has provided college students primarily in the United States and Canada the opportunity to explore the world.

ISA offers a wide variety of study abroad programs at accredited schools and universities in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, England, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Peru, Scotland, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, The Netherlands, and Vietnam.

**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Create individual program sessions on a cyclical basis for upcoming programs in a content management system
- Adjust prices, dates, and deadlines in a content management system
- Add and remove sessions on website interface and content management system
- Updating new or changed program details in an external Advisor facing excel
- Upload Advisor facing excel to website interface weekly
- Update and keep current Academic Directories (Terra Dotta, Abroad Office, Via TRM, Horizons)
- Maintain product information in the online directories.
- Translate any Spanish course syllabi to English.
- Update courses and dates on the ISA website.
- Review and approve forms and uploaded documents, including the flight itinerary, photo, and passport copy. Follow up with Program Manager for students not arriving on the designated arrival day and time.
- Upload official electronic transcripts received and adjust student GPA and language level if applicable. Add additional documents, as necessary.
- Order insurance, copying the Program Manager, for all students at designated sites.
- Respond to correspondence and complete tasks from ISA Program and Regional Managers in a timely manner and as needed.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain the organization of documents
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize multiple tasks and handle a heavy volume of work
- Flexibility and desire to create better and more efficiency in processes

**Qualifications**:

- Associate Degree, Bachelors preferred
- Experience studying, living, or working abroad
- Minimum one year of related relevant professional experience
