Purpose:
Purchase Order issuance for Levis MX, ANDES (Chile/Peru/Bolivia) and DISTRIBUTORS (Venezuela/Argentina/Colombia/ Panamá) region (15-20 Million units annualy)

Key Results:

- Create purchase orders for for both regions MX, ANDES and Distributors, working with two different systems SAP(ANDES - Chile/Peru/Bolivia) and S4 -SAP MX
- Daily communication with SSM and Global Supply Chain on the PO issuance performance update
- Work with Inventory Management to issue replenishment purchase orders
- Manage Pre-pack configurations and set-ups to ensure total buy quantities are aligned to size level pre-pack needs
- Support with Purchase Order maintenance including changing transportation mode, splitting POs, updating Plant, VAS and Vendor details
- Coordinate with Sales, Inventory Management and SSM to manage Purchase Orders and resolve issues
- Manage the E&O Report in Power BI
- Manage the Ship Risk report in Power BI

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree, Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of administration, bachelor in International Business
- English advanced
- Portuguese intermediate
- Spanish intermediate

Years and Type of Experience Required: 3 years in related jobs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
SAP

APO

Excel advanced

Power BI or business intelligence software

APICS certification is a plus

Complexity and Accountability:
Is the responsible for PO Issuance in both regions MX ANDES and Distributors

Key partners & Interaction:

- Internal: Merch Planning, Commercial, LTC
- External (if applicable): Vendors, SSM, Resource planning

Scope: Levis MX, ANDES and DISTRIBUTORS brand inventory
