Estamos en búsqueda de un Customer Service para el departamento Sea Logistics en nuestra oficina en Tijuana.
** Your Role**: Ser participe de la implementación de nuevos negocios a fin de asegurar la corecta coordinación y dar seguimiento sobre los servicios requeridos por los clientes asegurando el monitoreo del servicio y seguimiento del pronostico del volumen pactado.
** Your Responsibilities**: 1. Validar información del cliente, recibir la solicitud de cotización y entregar el check list
2. Dar seguimiento en el proceso implementación (validar check list, subir información a carpeta compartida y participar en la junta de implementación, alta de agente aduanal y asegurar el correcto Set up en sistema)
3. Realizar solicitud de reserva (Validación de guidelines, tarifas de compra y venta, vigencias de tarifa, proporcionar itinerarios,gestionar carta de intrucciones, crear Standard shipment, generar Consignment ID, generar ticket para solicitud de booking, cargar información en e-file)
4. Realizar solicitud de reserva a Carrier y/o oficina de origen (Casos de importación)
5. Coordinar el pesaje, ingreso de información en sistema y envío de información al carrier
6. Seguimiento y monitoreo de las operaciones a cargo
7. Envíar documentación comercial, confirmación de booking y validar pedimento.
8. Crear y mantener SOP y/o WI (Standard Operational Prodecure y/o Working Instructions) de las cuentas a cargo.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
**Escolaridad**:
Licenciatura concluida en Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales, Ing. Industrial o afin.
Inglés a nível conversacional es indispensable

**Experiência**:

- Experiência en la industria Freight Forwarding
- Al menos 2 años de experiência como Customer Service
- Experiência en el producto marítimo
- Dominio de ingles avanzado
