We are looking for experts for Driving Assistance Systems in Rio Bravo, market leader in parking and driving assistance, localized in Mexico at the border with the USA is one of the sites that manufactures more diversity in products in the group, designing ultrasonic sensors, radars, and cameras that are used in conjunction with apps to detect obstacles around vehicles. P0 Process/Manuf Engineerg Eng
- BS degree in Engineering. (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Industrial)
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Language: Intermediate/Advance English (required)
- Ability to manage multiple SLI line simultaneously.
- Good understanding of statistical analysis (histograms, regression analysis, Hypothesis Testing, DOE, standard deviation, GR&R, DOE etc.)
- Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes
- Control of metrics (Key process indicators)
- Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, robotics, pneumatics, PLC, Solidworks.
- Develop and maintain the updating of the process documentation (FMEA, list of tools, drawings).
- Reading Machine Drawings: Mechanical and Assembly.
- Problem Solving Methodologist, Analytical Skills..
- Hands-on mentality for machine troubleshooting to support TRP.
