**Essential requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering,IT, finance or related. An industrial engineer background will be beneficial for the multi-country projects we have this year.
- Professional and fluent communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
- Proactive, self-motivated, willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong planning and organizing skills. teamwork skills.
- Capacity to deliver results by yourself and in teamwork.
- Project Management basic knowledge.
- Commitment to end the full 1-year internship program.
- Proficiency with excel

**Main activities for this role**:

- Support the operation in the following projects to be completed by August 2023
- Process Documentation per country
- Admin documentation specific to the country set-up
- Concur Travel Implementation for 2 countries: Mexico and Brazil
- Process Documentation per country
- Local hotel upload support for rates
- Supporting during the project with multiple tasks

**This role is for you if**:

- You have strong analytical mindset, so you can easily identify the gaps and the opportunities
- You have process improvement experience in travel/expense management You like working closely with IT for system automations

**What we Offer**
- This internship could be validated as part of your university requirements “prácticas profesionales”
- You will receive an economic support of $9,000 MXN monthly gross. (Full time job/35 hrs / Monday - Friday).
- You will be delegated purposeful activities that will contribute to your professional development.
- This job is based in Pabellon M, Monterrey, NL.
- Insurance against accidents.
