**The Role**:
We are seeking a FLNG Shore Base & Warehouse Manager to be based in Altamira, Mexico. We are entrepreneurial, fast
- moving, and motivated by a desire to change the way that energy and electricity are delivered around the world. We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced individual with shared beliefs and passion to come and help drive the journey.

**What you will do**:

- Promote our safety culture and ensure that all HSSE&Q requirements related to materials handling and storage, and personnel transfer are fully understood and met.
- Supervise and direct all day-to-day Shore Base and Warehouse activities.
- Support efficient offshore operations by maintaining track of all materials and/or personnel moving on or off the offshore installation(s).
- With the assistance of the Shore Base Logistics Coordinator, facilitate the movement of all personnel, materials, and equipment on and off the offshore facility.
- Properly execute Material Management.
- Coordinate with the Facility Logistics Supervisors (offshore) and Home Office Supply Chain organization to satisfy material requests ensuring the correct traceability of the materials and equipment in the base, both stock and non-stock.
- Assure that all items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse.
- Assure that all items are properly identified using tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labelling equipment.
- Assure that all items are properly stored in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Perform monthly reports on inventory and warehouse management (Inbound / Outbound Materials).
- Ensure Company's stock management procedure is correctly applied, including the monitoring of stock levels in accordance with the management parameters.
- Manage all inventory control functions including cycle counts of coded items, inventory procedures and training, user department requests and checking physical data alignment with system Reports.
- Regularly and pro-actively interface with Supply Chain and facility personnel to facilitate the delivery of requested materials.
- Ensure all Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) are well documented by suppliers in compliance with Company HSE procedures and local regulation, and stock them in a proper way accordingly to Company Procedures.
- Initiate, oversee, and actively engage in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing costs and increasing profitability, such as: improving safety, economy of movement, point of use, product rotation, space utilization, transaction accuracy, damage reduction, resource optimization, facility cleanliness, etc.
- Responsible for human resource management at site.

**What you bring**:

- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- Bachelor's degree in Materials related discipline, Engineering, Business Administration (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Logistics or Warehouse Management, including, shipping and receiving/storage, inventory, with 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
- A player-coach mentality with the ability to recognize when a shift is required between strategic leader, tactical manager, and hands-on team member.
- Experienced with ORACLE/IFS/ARIBA (preferred).
- Organized, planning skills, able to manage multiple activities and programs in timely fashion and with a high degree of accuracy, able to meet work deadlines.
