**Job Description**:
- Program Manager is responsible for monitoring the development lifecycle process to ensure quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints
- Interacts with the members of the business team to support new business requirements and on-going delivery of existing systems
- Collaborates with on-shore/off-shore team members to prioritize projects, support RFI/RFQ’s, review and provide feedback on roadmaps
- Collaborates with partner leadership and business users to ensure delivery commitments are achieved
- Oversees and instructs the PMD/Scrum Master to assess data, systems, and organizational impacts as related to proposed tactical solutions.
- Ensures consistent project management practices within the team and performs resource planning including staffing requirements, training needs, interviewing, managing attrition, career planning, etc.
- Directs a group of PM’s, Architects, Technical Leads and Developers
- Responsible for ensuring Software Quality KPIs are met for all the projects.
- Should work with SQA for enabling software quality audits on agreed frequency and resolving the audit findings.
- Will be responsible for creating an innovation culture with the team to enable better software products by improving productivity.
- Conducts semi-annual and annual performance evaluations of team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of Technical Leadership experience
- 5+ years of Delivery Manager experience
- 5+ Years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of Application Development including Agile, Scrum, SDLC methodologies
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to prepare concise and accurate written and oral reports on analytical findings and status
