**RESUMEN**:
El especialista en cuentas empuja las ventas, identifica y genera oportunidades para varios tipos de clientes. Esta función se asocia con representantes de ventas dentro de un territorio asignado para brindar un conocimiento profundo dentro de un grupo de productos. El especialista en cuentas brinda educación sobre los productos de Motion Industries a través de presentaciones técnicas.
**DEBERES DE TRABAJO**
- Aumenta los ingresos y la rentabilidad generando nuevos negocios y desarrollando cuentas existentes.
- Interactúa rutinariamente cara a cara con los clientes para fortalecer relaciones sólidas y mantener la satisfacción.
- Entiende los requisitos complejos de los clientes para la preparación de cotizaciones.
- Ofrece presentaciones de ventas efectivas y garantiza que se cumplan los requisitos técnicos.
- Garantiza que se cumplan los requisitos técnicos del cliente.
- Ayuda con la resolución de problemas y inquietudes de los clientes.
- Trabaja con clientes locales para identificar, cotizar, diseñar y cerrar ventas de productos y soluciones.
- Proporciona soporte técnico según sea necesario.
- Trabaja y coordina los recursos de los proveedores para establecer relaciones y respaldar las ventas.
- Realiza otras tareas que le sean asignadas.
**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**
- Requiere ingeniería o licenciatura y experiência en la industria y las ventas por amplio dominio de los fundamentos técnicos y comerciales de la categoría de producto a la que se está postulando.
- Con capacidad de resolver problemas complejos, así como generar mejoras y ahorros a los procesos de nuestros clientes.
- Disponibilidad de viajar
- Idioma de Ingles
**CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES**
- Conocimiento de productos industriales: transmisión de potencia, hidráulica, neumática y productos industriales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Una comprensión competente de los principios clave de ventas y las mejores prácticas.
- Capacidad para influir en los clientes, manteniendo relaciones sanas.
- Capacidad para tomar iniciativa y trabajar con dirección limitada.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y gestionar bien el tiempo.
- Capacidad para utilizar Microsoft Office.

**Account Specialist**
**SUMMARY**:
The Account Specialist drives sales, identifies, and generates opportunities for various types of customers. This role partners with Account Representatives within an assigned territory to deliver deep knowledge within a product group. The Account Specialist provides education of Motion Industries products through technical presentations.
**JOB DUTIES**
- Increases revenue and profitability through generation of new business and further development of existing accounts.
- Routinely interacts face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintains satisfaction.
- Understands complex requirements from customers for preparation of customized quoting.
- Delivers effective sales presentations and ensures technical requirements are met.
- Ensures technical requirements for the customer are met.
- Assists with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.
- Works with local customers to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales.
- Provides technical support as required.
- Works with and coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support sales.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED. Typically requires industry and sales experience.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES**
- Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
- Ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships.
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**: Travel required. May be required to be on-call nights or weekends, depending on need.
