COMPANY PROFILE : Vinventions: world leader in complete wine closure solutions, Vinventions' "House of 7 Brands" includes a range of seven brands of products and services designed to meet the diverse needs of still and sparkling wine producers across the five continents. MISSION Oversee the Manufacturing process and lead the production team to reach the following goals. Safety, Quality, Customer focused ,Cost, supervision within budget RESPONSIBILITIES 1- (E) Create and distribute monthly reports of the department's performance to management to guarantee Key Performance Indicator compliance. 2- (E) Accountable for following the production schedule based on the sales budget/forecast and raw material inventory. 3- Attend SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) 4- Develop and track continuous improvement project related to the department. 5- (E) Actively participate in resolving claims and non-conformities with the quality department. 6- Work with other departments to put the world-class manufacturing program into action. 7- (E) Manage and lead the team members. 8- (E) Track and communicate Key Performance Indicators with the team. 9- Performance assessment of the personnel's abilities and qualifications 10- To achieve department goals, create a healthy work atmosphere with your team. 11- (E) Work with shift leaders to create, review, and update the skill/competency matrix. 12- (E) Ensure that the team has a proper training plan and fair evaluation for each manufacturing process 13- Prepare and recommend an annual budget for the department. Track spending and recommend necessary improvements to achieve budgetary objectives.  Related to product quality, safety, and legality. 1- (E) Collaborate with your team on implementation, certification, and monitoring of BRCGS packaging materials policies. 2- (E) Ensure production processes meet all standards related to quality, safety, and legality of the product.  Functions related to health and safety. Manage risk prevention / workplace health.

Experiência y requisitos

Minimum Experience: *Hands on individual, working in production floor with all personnel very close, motivating, coaching and executing production plans with the hole team. - 7 years in managing, leading a production team. - 5 years working in a Lean and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment. English level: Work proficiency must be able to communicate with global team. Other - Must be able to travel for training in Europe and USA for several weeks during onboarding. Education: - Bachelor’s degrees, in Engineering, or related field desirable Knowledge - Lean, 6Sigma certification preferred. Particular: - Experience with Offset printing preferred. - Knowledge of MRP (Planning) - Knowledge in Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment. - Knowledge of Quality, Safety or Product Safety Standards. - Knowledge of Lean, 6Sigma principles - Basic and advanced computer skills - Excellent Oral and communication skills - Proven Leadership capability Organización
