**Legal Counsel - Labor Lawyer.**

**Mandatory: Bilingual English - Spanish.**

**Location: Ciudad Juarez**

Company located in Ciudad Juarez is seeking an experienced **Legal Counsel -Labor Lawyer. **The incumbent is responsible to provide advice and counseling on all employment, Social Security and litigation matters to ensure company compliance. Develops and maintains appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines related to employment laws to create a robust compliance culture. Oversees employment and other general litigation, assists on employment aspects of internal investigations. Coordinate external counseling services, supports HR and business employment and Social Security initiatives. Provide guidance and direction for legal and risk compliance.

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree in Law, MBA degree preferred.
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- 7+ years of experience in Labor and Employment law and related litigation.
- Previous experience practicing employment law and litigation representing corporate side.
- Strong working knowledge of Mexico employment and Social Security laws.
- Leadership capabilities required in implementing and managing corporate programs, complying with local, state and federal legislation and company vision.
- Strong knowledge of USMCA - USA-Mex-Canada Agreement.
- Excellent oral and written communications, Organizational and Planning skills, problem-solving, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
