- **Escolaridad**: Carrera económico-administrativa, ingeniería.
- **Experiência**:5 + años en sector asegurador y con equipo a cargo en roles comerciales
- **Conocimientos técnicos**:+3 años de áreas comerciales en el sector asegurador (en la línea específica), gestión y ejecución en diferentes líneas. Gestionar la estrategia de clientes, segmentación de clientes y nuevo negocio, administración estratégica del portafolio, reportes e indicadores (hit ratio, quote ratio, combined ratio, claims ratio, commission ratio, prima promedio).****:
- **Programas**: Microsoft Office
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar estrategias para el posicionamiento de la marca en la plaza
- Prospección de nuevos canales de distribución (bróker, agentes) e implementación de estrategias de comercialización. planes y reportes, monitorear periódicamente los KPIs y SLA´S de cada cliente y sus reportes.
- Planificación, contacto, negociación y cierre de ventas
- Gestión y ejecución del plan de negocio nuevo, renovación y Cross
- Sell
- Reclutamiento y prospección de fuerza de ventas local
- Facilidad para el desarrollo y mantenimiento de excelentes relaciones de cualquier nível. capacitado para coordinar todas las áreas administrativas de las empresas
- Amplia experiência en servicio al cliente.
- Planes y reportes, monitorear periódicamente los KPIs y SLAs de cada cliente y sus reportes. propone y lidera un plan de mejora continua, prepara excecutive briefings.

Desarrollar y gestionar la estrategia para el posicionamiento de la marca en la plaza.
