Manage resources of the entire Purchasing Area. Monitor KPI's and make sure to implement or take actions as need it. Lead meetings with Supervisors and the entire team in order to align the goals and activities focus on effective results.
- Plan and structure the Purchasing department.
- Supervise the PO Placement Process.
- Monitor/Execute a proper Procurement of Raw Material.
- Be dinamic and adjust to the Business and Global conditions.
- Ensure Suppliers meet the requirements.
- Expedite shortages and minimize production risks.
- Monitor and reduce aging exposure.
- Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.

**Experience**:
Production planning 2 years

Procurement / Material expedition 3 years

SMT Automotive 3 years
