Carry out investigation reports and security alerts of incidents and accidents, Ensures that the safe company program is respected and is always updated in accordance with legal requirements, and Implement and monitor programs to reduce accidents. Empresa Segura program (State Government). Wastewater discharges license renewal. Air Emissions Licence renewal, Hazardous waste & Non-hazardous waste Management, Carry out and publish accident statistics on a monthly basis. Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) requirements, Provides training in different Health, Safety, Environmental & Security issues. Supervises the Emergency, Preparedness & Response Plan. Responsible for creating and monitoring a healthy work environment, as well as environmental protection according to the requirements established by the different government agencies (Municipal, State, and Federal), as well as the Internal Policies and Procedures of the Company. Responsible for Safety and Hygiene Committee. Coordination of Iso 14001 Team Members, ISO 14001 Internal & External Audit Follow-up, Maintains an updated Plan against Contingencies of the Plant in Coordination with the Federal, State, and Municipal authorities establishing emergency response plans.
Experiência y requisitos
Strong knowledge of Government agencies and Normativity: STPS, IMSS, PC, SSA, Fire Department, SEMARNAT, SPA, CESPT, DAU, Environmental, Safety & Health legal requirements (Municipal, State, and Federal). Education: Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Engineering or similar. Previous Experience: 5-7 years in a similar position.
