**Job Title**: Implementation Consultant (Consultor Funcional EMR)

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions, including problem identification, system architecture definition / specification, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restoration

The Consultant works with a variety of customers across the globe to conceptualize, design and optimize Philips solutions with the aiming for customer success. Designing for these unique environments requires strong, proven design talent and a deep knowledge of technical and customer best practices in a variety of environments.

**You are responsible for**
- Building, deploying and/or integrating solutions
- Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
- Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
- Contributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects
- Is a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expert

**You are part of**
The Implementation team located in Mexico.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Experience and affinity with a health environment (Nurse, doctor, chemical engineer, pharmacy or related)
- Intermediate to Advanced English
- Availability to travel within Mexico in order for the processes to be carried out at the client
- SQL, software, or in database administration knowledge
- Project management methodology knowledge
- Good practices for documentation and BPM (Business Process Modeling) skills
- Ability to work under pressure and some stress situation
- Knowledge about NOM’s and regulatory standards for México
