We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Mexico City, Mexico.

**Job Purpose**:
To manage and control of Projects assigned to Facility Management, manage the day to day operations of multiple sites under his responsibility. Work with 3rd party technical service providers and own staff to ensure all O&M measures are implemented. Ensure compliance to: Health & Safety program; and global O&M practices, policies, strategies and training programs.

Your tasks:

- Assists in the management of Special Projects of multiple sites under their responsibility including managing coordinators and technical service providers.
- Assists in implementing Country/Global O&M and Project, practices, policies, strategies, and training programs.
- Assists in managing technical budgets for all site(s) under management.
- Responsible in Projects and assisting the planning, organizing, and overseeing the maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment and mechanical systems to support operational effectiveness.
- Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise to create the User Requirement
- Follow up the End-to-end life cycle of a Project, UR. DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and commissioning.

**Your profile**:
**Education Level**
- Engineering Bachelor degree
- Experience/Knowledge in the activity: Project management expertise, Advanced Office (Excel and PPT), AutoCAD, Local legal requirements & technical standards, Experience with development and management by KPIs and service levels (SLA), Experience with maintenance processes. Power BI is desirable.
- Languages: Spanish, English desired

**Experience Level**
- 3-5 years of relevant FM experience
- Project management experience
