The Warehouse Supervisor (Site Leader) is responsible for leading the warehouse team in maintaining inventory system accuracy, data integrity, local level audit controls and inventory levels, supervision of warehouse personnel and managing shipping of incoming and outgoing materials among the Concentrate, Plant, Raw Materials Warehouse, Distribution Center and External Warehouse. Responsibility for inventory for full goods and raw materials to include proper level of inventory, age of inventory, prevention of out of stocks.

Administration of the different external warehouses, ensuring that suppliers are aligned and in compliance with operational requirements. Establish compliance metrics for budget management, internal customer service (warehouse) and correct supply of materials.

- Develops and executes 1yr and 3 yr business plans supporting national/regional/local objectives including the development & implementation of strategies, processes & programs.
- Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
- Participate in the different health, environmental, and safety initiatives or programs implemented in the work
- Participate and know the risk matrices in the area of work

**BP & Budget **Control**
- Ensure all the documentation is well completed and recorded
- Monitor the Inventory Losses provision balance considering write off and material at risk
- Compliance with the annual budget for external warehouses
- Development of new suppliers that can provide warehouse service to the operation as well as compliance with current ones

**People**
- Execute all the processes related to People Management
- Staff training on safety, environment, QA, etc.
- Ensure people engagement, performance and development.
- Compliance with people overtime guidelines

**Organization Impact/Influence**:

- Direct relation with QSE, Finance, Production, and management areas.
- Communication and collaboration with all the associates of Warehouse (4 sites)
- Management of 2 warehouse sites
- External contacts - Service provider for Non-Conforming materials disposition / Third party Logistic partners for External Warehouses

**Related Job **Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3 Years Warehouse Management Experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years SAP systems warehouse/inventory and finance experience.
- Requires experience managing people/processes/budgets.
- Experience working with Warehouse Managed Systems and Ingredient Managed Systems

- Operational Excellence culture, Quality and Service driven.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles related to FEFO, LIFO, etc.

- Working knowledge of basic elements of Good Warehousing Practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication, Customer Service driven, Operational Excellence / Lean Manufacturing, Logistic and Transportation, Industrial Relation with associates and thirds parties, Warehouse operations knowledge, Structured problem solving.

- Trouble shooting on goods receipt process.

- Improve team performance through training, job rotation, coaching & feedback
- Conduct high quality discussion on performance enablement in a monthly basis
- Support subordinates to fix issues related to HR, SAP, IT, pay roll, etc.
- Support manager to achieve objectives of warehouse area

**Working Conditions**:

- Full time operative. Contact with warehouse, forklifts, and transportation

**Travel Requirements**:

- 5% Local Travels
- 90% Between Warehouse Sites
