- Shaping the future: Support administrative tasks, facilitate the use of information and services required in order to meet the times established for the benefit of the business in the indicated area.
- Create a collaborative environment: Manage and schedule meetings of associates or suppliers in order to optimize time and resources.
- Create something new: Collect and analyze information sent by the different areas in order to prepare presentations of monthly indicators
- Take responsibility: Manage and control requisitions for office supplies in order to minimize economic resources and Organize and coordinate events before, during and after the requested date according to the requirements by area.
- Think holistically: Advise and direct associates or suppliers with the corresponding person in charge according to their needs

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Work history: 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role closely supporting senior executives
- Languages: Advanced German and English.
- High level of organizational skill; excellent attention to detail; ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines, Strong level of flexibility, initiative and sense of urgency
- Experience and knowledge: A high level of proficiency is required in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), creativity, resourcefulness and an internal/external customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle issues of a sensitive nature with tact and discretion
