**Position Summary**

The Lean Promotion Officer assist all value-stream managers, with a strong focus on 4.0 Industry and activities as training in lean methods, conducting kaizen, workshops and measuring progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep the Continuous Improvement System (CIS) updated.
- Instruct, train active and new associates, in specific or introductory Lean Tools, as support to Human Resources.
- Implement Digital solutions for inventory management, production tracking, Quality performance etc.
- Implement Automation Improvements (_cobots_, AMR & AGV’s)
- Layout Planning implementation using simulation software.
- Ensure the closure of the Workshop with the department of finance.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of experience.
- Conversational English.
- ERP: Desirable QAD
- Minitab, AutoCAD
- Power BI
- Power apps
- Simulation Software
- DMP (Digital Manufacturing Platform)
- Lean manufacturing
- Six sigma (Green Belt) or Red X
