**Descripción del empleo**
- Supervisar y administrar los recursos asignados para la recepción, manejo y almacenamiento de materiales directos y embarque de productos terminados.
- Supervisar y administrar los materiales productivos y el producto terminado en SAP, con el fin de cumplir en tiempo y forma con los requerimientos de nuestros clientes internos y externos.
- Supervisar y asegurar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos de trabajo (montacargas, tuggers, escáneres, flejadoras, paletizadoras, computadoras, tablets, impresoras, racks, baterías) dentro del área de almacén a fin de mantenerlos en condiciones seguras y en funcionamiento.
- Supervisar al personal sindicalizado en actividades de recibo de material productivo, surtimiento al área de producción y embarques.
- Coordinar el entrenamiento a los asociados para la certificación en los procesos de Almacén.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs definidos dentro del área de almacén.
- Asegurar la elaboración y revisión del check list de equipos industriales para la operación segura de los mismos y la programación de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
- Promover la Política y los objetivos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (ISO 14001/ ISO 45001).
**Requisitos**
- Conocimiento en administración de inventarios.
- Conocimiento en administración de almacenes.
- Conocimiento de sistema SAP.
- Seguridad en Almacén y 5S.
- Sistema RFID.
- Conocimiento y administración de equipos industriales de almacén.
- Experiência en manejo de personal sindicalizado.
- Paquetería Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word)
