**Descripción y Requisitos**: CSR position in Mexico.

**Job Summary/Scope**:
This position is responsible for processing incoming customer orders and coordinate shipment of orders with warehouse. This person will also oversee the RMA process including credits and customer quality complaints. This position will also work closely with customers on their daily needs and work with internal team to provide a satisfactory response to customer.

**Responsibilities -**
- Process customer orders from order entry to Invoicing with close coordination with shipping department.
- Ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and order acknowledgements are sent out within customer specified window.
- Handle Customer expedites and ensure that these are communicated and executed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that customer portals are updated with latest information
- Resolves customer order inquires related to lead time, pricing and any shipping issues.
- Consults with operation peers on more complex, non-routine customer requests and concerns
- Tracks customer orders/backorders/inquires and analyze trends
- Maintain documentation of verbal discussions and/or written correspondence with customer including reports related to pricing issues, shipping errors, etc.
- Investigate and support A/R, and process NCRs in a timely manner
- Ensure that the inventory in Consignment is monitored regularly and SAP inventory matches with customer reported inventory.
- Assist Sales team as on Customer queries as needed.
- Create new customer accounts in SAP

**Knowledge /Skill requirements -**
- ERP systems experience is must, preferably SAP.
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Organized and detail focused
- Analytical and good decision-making skills
- Strong excel computer skills (create and manipulate worksheets)
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish

**Education / Certification and Work Experience**:

- Two year Associate Degree required. Bachelor degree a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience required
