**PROJECT MANAGER**

**Experiência mínima de 2 años en**:

- Puesto similar: Marketing/Desarrollo de Negocios o Gestión de Proyectos/Procesos y manejo de proyectos con varios equipos.
- Liderar y gestionar proyectos de marketing, branding, web development, etc.
- Optimización de tiempos propios; seguimiento y supervisión a tiempos del equipo de trabajo involucrado en cada proyecto.
- Generación de SOPs para procesos variados (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Conocimiento del manejo de redes sociales (Facebook Ads y Google Ads).
- Garantizar que las partes interesadas acuerden el alcance y costos asociados al proyecto.
- Coordinar la recopilación de requisitos comerciales (u otros), la documentación y la aprobación de las partes interesadas.
- Preparar los planes del proyecto y el cronograma de implementación: procesos y procedimientos.
- Identificar formas creativas de reducir costes mediante la optimización de procesos y sistemas (es decir, modificación de responsabilidades o consolidación de tareas, eliminación de procesos sin valor añadido o reingeniería completa de procesos y sistemas).
- Demostrar un compromiso con el servicio al cliente; anticipar, cumplir y superar las expectativas resolviendo problemas de forma rápida y eficaz.
- Diseñar y coordinar la comunicación interna sobre proyectos de crecimiento y campañas de marketing dentro del equipo de crecimiento y otras partes interesadas.
- Asegurarse de que todos los entregables estén configurados y confirmados.

**Requerimientos y habilidades**:

- Excelentes habilidades multitarea. Capacidad para trabajar en varios proyectos con plazos competitivos y tener la capacidad de planificar y priorizar de manera efectiva y eficiente los entregables.
- Mentalidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para usar métricas y datos clave de rendimiento para proporcionar información y hacer recomendaciones comerciales estratégicas.
- Alma creativa, sin miedo a los desafíos y enfocada en soluciones en lugar de problemas.
- Altamente organizado/a.

- Diseño y optimización de procesos.
- Alto sentido de lógica.

- Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado (hablado y escrito).
