Responsible for supporting the plant manager, operations and purchasing department to stay organized and complete tasks that allow it to focus on more advanced responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Buy MRO and do quotes for different requirements.
- Act as the point of contact between the direction and internal/external vendors
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make travel arrangements & coordinate visitors logistics.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Assists with activities related to events, vendors, customers, facilities, operations.
- Inventories
- Book keeping
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Related Bachelor's degree (preferred), or its equivalent in experience in the position.
- Bilingual English-Spanish 90%
- 3 years previous experience in similar positions is desired.
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Good Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salario: $24,000.00 - $34,000.00 al mes
