Asset Associate

**Position**:
Asset Associate

Arrow Electronics is looking for an Asset Associate II to join our team in Ciudad Acuña

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assists with the maintenance of appropriate levels of inventory, fulfilling open sales orders and forecasting
- Forecasting and inventory review, product life cycle management
- Placement of initial PO's and monitor to alter or cancel inventory orders
- Resolving sales/supplier related issues/questions and negotiate special returns
- Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands
- Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes
- Maintain manual bonds for non-e
- compass accounts
- Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog, expedite backlog
- Bond maintenance-at the direction of the material planner
- Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship
- complete of released orders

**What We're Looking For**:

- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 3-4 years of experience or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
- Excel Intermediate
- Knowledge of the IBM AS400 is a plus.
