**Minimum qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Experience in talent market for LATAM and understanding the Region's talent pool and labor laws.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

**About the job**:
As a Senior Recruiter for Google Cloud, you will be the first step to building and growing Google Cloud. In this role, you will work as a sourcer, master-facilitator, client-advisor, and as an innovator. You will be part of a team fueling the growth of Google's Sales organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with Google Cloud Sales leaders, hiring managers, and interview teams.
- Manage applicants through Google's multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent applicant and client experience throughout the process. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Google’s recruitment efforts.
- Create and implement a staffing business strategy that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and client management and applicant satisfaction.
- Partner with our clients and peers to drive impactful initiatives towards diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
