**Job Description**:
¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Liderar, guiar, y dirigir un equipo que es responsable de ejecutar las entregas de materiales en apoyo de los objetivos comercialesde la organización
- Proporciona liderazgo en una de las áreas clave dentro de GM para garantizar que los objetivos comerciales se cumplan o superen en todas las áreas.
- Se comunica dentro de la función así como otras funciones filiales externas, agencias reguladoras.
- Responsable de apoyar la gestión de relaciones con proveedores logísticos y proveedores de servicios.
Influye en otros dentro de la organización para que acepten nuevos conceptos, prácticas y enfoques.
- Identificar problemas, actualizar o modificar métodos de trabajo que pueden ser complejos en el área de trabajo sin el beneficio de los procedimientos definidos.
- Promueve los valores de GM y toma decisiones centradas en el cliente.
- Asumir la responsabilidad del personal, la comunicación, la capacitación y el desarrollo, además de dirigir y priorizar el trabajo, evaluar el desempeño y eliminar obstáculos.
- Proporciona liderazgo técnico al equipo e interactúa y colabora con equipos multifuncionales para cumplir objetivos.

- Carreras afines: Ingeniería Industrial y en Logística, o carreras afines.
- Experiência requerida en posiciones similares: de 1 a 3 años.
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
- Nível de Inglés: Avanzado.
