- Currently we are looking for our next:
** Financial Reporting Analyst**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**
- Execute month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.
- Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.
- Generate information for filling out the required management financial reports.
- Prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.
- Execute financial report Pepsico (Smartview / FDM - HFM).
- Support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes.
- Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.
- Generate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.
- Strong Networking with all Country Latam Teams.

**What will you be doing?**
- University Degree in Accounting - required
- Experience (desirable) in accounting US GAAP, control environment and sox compliance
- Experience - 1 to 2 years in financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles processes (Intercompanies/Financial Reporting/General Ledger), and business standards for integrated financial analysis.
- Office Advance - Excel strong Skills
- English Level 70%
- Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management.
- Knowledge desirable in the following ERP´s: SAP, HFM, FDM.
