**Location**: Anywhere in Mexico (WFH/Remote). Employees that live in Mexico City are required to work at the company´s office in Delegación Álvaro Obregón two days a week.

**Responsibilities**: As a SailPoint Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust identity security solutions to facilitate access while ensuring security for our organization. Your primary focus will be on SailPoint identity security in multi-cloud environments and remote work scenarios. Key responsibilities include:
Product installation and configuration of the base product.
Integration of authoritative sources and connector configuration.
Application integration and operation configuration, including Joiner, Move, Leaver processes, etc.
Access Request Configuration to streamline user access provisioning.
Configuration of certification campaigns to validate access privileges.
Collaborating with the SailPoint consulting and support team to address technical challenges.
Providing operational support for the SailPoint environment.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following knowledge and experience:
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the SailPoint IIQ tool at the configuration, adaptation, and development level.
Strong proficiency in Java and Java web development, REST, JSON, and SOAP.
Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
Familiarity with identity security solutions such as CyberArk, OKTA, SailPoint, OIM, OAM, or Key Cloak.
Protocol knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAUTH, and SCIM.
Basic knowledge of RDBMS.

At least 2 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role.
2 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX, Windows, Databases, Mainframe).
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in PowerQuery highly desirable.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Strong communication and document processing skills.
Desirable advanced level of English with technical English proficiency.
Expertise in troubleshooting and customer service.
Ability to respond to multiple scenarios and work effectively in dynamic environments.
Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for constant knowledge updates.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently under supervision in a regulated environment.
Eager to learn and grow within a team of security access professionals.
