You will be responsible for lead the Best in Class Together We Win strategy through the full implementation of the TWW playbook levels 1 to 4, supporting the Human Resources Manager and Plant Manager by coordinating champion efforts, tracking action plans and the communication of the strategy at all levels.

**Your task will be**
- Maintain the monthly self-assessment result of the TWW plant at levels 1 and 2 at 96% or higher.
- TWW plant certification at levels 3 and 4.
- Retention score of 85% or higher on the engagement survey.
- Engagement score 50% or better on the engagement survey.
- 100% adherence to the biweekly TWW Committee meeting.
- 100% adherence to TWW progress and tracking corrective actions (reviewed in a bi-weekly meeting).
- 100% compliance with monthly TWW Internal Audits level 1-4.
- Keep the percentage at 100% in the corporate dashboard updated in an extraordinary way.
- Organize the Logistics and Branding Employee Engagement Survey with 100% adherence.
- Organization of session with the focus group (to review and discuss the results of the TWW survey, find the root cause and the definition of the action plan).
- 100% adherence to the Focus Group action plan aimed at improving the results obtained.
- 100% commitment to the Employee Communication Meeting (Hourly + Salary) to review the TWW Survey Action Plan.
- 100% adherence to the Focus Group management review schedule (at least twice a year).
- Organize and direct TWW Week event.
- Achieve 90% HR compliance guideline audits.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- English 50%
- +2 years of experience in experience in human resources.
- knowledge in Personnel administration, basic knowledge of marketing, communication and writing, good spelling, ability to express oneself orally and in writing, use of persuasive language.
