The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for executing the entire accounts payable process and corresponding as necessary with internal and external customers. Review all travel expenses reports, verify all receipts and ensure company policies are followed.

**What you will be doing**:

- Support A/P Manager.
- Coach, educate and support A/P staff.
- Keen knowledge of 3-way match invoice entry.
- Manual invoice entry - compliance with Corp Commitment/Expenditure Policy.
- Knowledge and proper handling of 1099 applicable vendors.
- Expense report audit and processing - compliance with Corp T&E Policy.
- Audit of Corp Credit card accounts - PCards, Events, BTA, Hotel.
- Attention to multi-currency and multi company details.
- Monthly vendor statement reconciliations.
- Month/Quarter/Year End procedures & timelines.
- Monthly review of outstanding checks.
- Audit and Fraud control of Vendor/Employee Bank information.
- Vendor and Employee Communications.
- Train and streamline processes with associated departments

- 3+ applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
