**Position Summary**:
The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for securing AutoZone international transportation shipments globally (primarily Asia) to the United States. Ensuring data within AutoZone order management is accurate and actionable. Work with freight forwarders, NVOCC’s, ocean carriers and customs brokers to resolve issues and provide direction to third-party partners. Provide detailed reporting on last mile of shipments between the 9 ports and rail terminals to the final distribution centers. Resolve all last mile issues with drayage carrier (trucker), terminals and the distribution center. Audit and prepare for payment all AutoZone international logistics invoices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and publish the daily Last Mile Report between the terminals and AutoZone distribution centers.
- Organize container status information from drayage providers and AutoZone distribution centers.
- E-mail and phone communication with all parties to ensure accuracy of information.
- Trouble shoot containers facing delays.
- Utilize Excel to organize information in to an actionable management report.
- Audit and prepare all international logistics invoices for payment. Third party invoices will include ocean carriers, non-vessel operating conference carriers (NVOCC), drayage providers, and trans-load operators.
- Maintain and organize contracted rate sheets.
- Audit invoices for accuracy.
- New vendor set up with Accounts Payable system.
- Trouble shoot inaccurate invoices with third party providers.
- Publish monthly container volume reports.
- Maintain AutoZone’s international logistics order management system.
- Cross reference reports to ensure accuracy of order management information.
- Scrub shipment information to ensure accuracy of arrival information.
- Compare purchase order ship window to order management booking information.
- Resolve problems with speed and accuracy.
- Communicate problems to management.
- Build strong relations with third parties and internal business partners.
- Execute ad-hoc reports as needed.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Superior Excel skills (pivot tables and V-lookups required)
- High school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, OR
- Four-year college degree and 2+ years of relevant experience

**PREFERRED**:

- Four-year college degree in Supply Chain or Transportation/Logistics
- Prior internship in a corporate setting
- Supply Chain exposure
