Customs Compliance Analyst IMMEX
- Position Summary: In charge of supporting legal compliance for AEO & CTPAT certifications as well as supporting other legal requirements such as Mexican customs audits, for all Mexican facilities.

**What you’ll do**:

- Require, review, audit and give CTPAT and AEO information
- Provide CTPAT and AEO requirements, to suppliers such as warehouse, carriers and brokers.
- Support to collect all required audit information by Mexican Customs
- Administration & control of: VAT certification, IMMEX, & Prosec programs regulated by Secretary of Economy.
- Coordinate with different departments (finance, logistics, human resources, etc) to gather required information by Mexican Authorities.

**What is required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Customs Compliance or related,
- Knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in: Certification of origin for suppliers and customers, legal compliance according on Mexican Laws, CTPAT and AEO certifications.
- English fluency.
- Skills: Proactive, Negotiation, Effective communication with related areas: Logistics, Production control & internal users. Internal customer service, Manage Execution & Drive collaboration.
