**IT ENGINEER**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Systems or related fields.
- 3 years of similar experience in the position
- IT support to PD floor on the troubleshooting issues
- 70 % of English spoken
- Knowledge on Oracle data bases using SQL language
- Troubleshooting to desktop, HW and SW installation/troubleshooting
- Zebra, laser printersissues/ PD line Issuesolving,
- IIS and Microsoft Serversknowledge, Linux, Centos preferable.
- Strong communicationand teamwork abilities

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to end users to shop floor control system
- Monitor through daily checklist shop floor control system
- Wistron customer and local subsystems availability
- Escalate timely any issue can’t be resolved quickly or need other IT teams intervention
- Hand over pending activities or issues to next shift
- Follow up pending activities from previous shift.
