Sourcing Engineer

**Experience & Qualificatios**:

- **New sources development, including direct/indirect materials, equipment, Jigs/fixtures**:

- **New vendors audit & risk assessment**:

- **New Projects RFQ, sample request, trial run supporting**:

- **Purchase prices & vendors information maintenance in SAP system**:

- **Act as the supplier champion, leading the supplier relationship, co-development, escalation and overall management role.**:

- **Annual cost negotiation and support internal/external VAVE initiatives.**:

- **Follow up orders and resolve quality issues if occurred to the incoming materials.**:

- **At least four years hands-on experience in sourcing;**:

- **Understand the terms of international trade transactions and business negotiation etiquette；**:

- **Be able to speak, listen, read and write Spanish & English；**:

- **Knowledge of polymer materials.**:

- **Experience in bulk chemical Raw materials is preferred.**:

- **Expertise in automotive field, preferably in the wire harness and familiar with automotive component brands. Good understanding of automotive industry norm and procedure.**
