**Job Description**:
Would you like to be part of the technical team for the new plant?

We are looking for a talent like you
- Shaping the future: Coordinate, supervise and direct human resources and maintenance processes for machinery in the production area in order to guarantee their availability according to internal requirements
- Create a collaborative environment: control compliance with planned activities and monitoring of department indicators in order to avoid deviations in production time.
- Create something new: Supervise maintenance personnel at each work station in order to optimize resources and support the area, minimizing downtime in the production area.
- Take responsibility: Coordinate and supervise maintenance personnel at each work station in order to optimize resources and support the area, minimizing downtime in the production area.
- Think Holistically: Develop together in Maintenance for the new plant

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- Work History: several years of relevant professional experience preferably in maintenance prior, manufacturing process, and personnel management
- Experience and Knowledge: SAP, PLC’s, Six sigma,
- Languages: English advanced.
