**Job Title : Windows Server Customer Engineer**
**Location : Guadalajara, Mexico (onsite from day1)**
**Duration : Full Time**
- Assess client needs: As a Windows Server Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients and recommending Windows Server-based solutions that meet their business needs.
- Design solutions: You will design Windows Server-based solutions, including server architecture, server deployment, security, and networking.
- Implement solutions: You will implement Windows Server-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support: You will provide technical support for Windows Server-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Manage projects: You will manage Windows Server-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Train clients: You will train clients on the use of Windows Server-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date: You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to Windows Server-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Windows Server-based solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience.
- Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.
- Experience in problem resolution with IT systems and individuals
- Ability to interact with clients in a clear, concise, professional manner
- Familiarity with a majority of the following:

- Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2008 R2
- Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2012
- Internet Information Server (IIS)
- Windows DNS / BIND / Named
- Active Directory / LDAP
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of complete systems development and deployment lifecycle and of all facets of systems administration in a large-scale IT operations unit

Design solutions: You will design AD DS-based solutions, including domain architecture, group policy, identity management, and authentication.

Implement solutions: You will implement AD DS-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Provide technical support: You will provide technical support for AD DS-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

Manage projects: You will manage AD DS-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.

Train clients: You will train clients on the use of AD DS-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.

Stay up-to-date: You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to AD DS-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, including domain architecture, group policy, identity management, and authentication.

Experience designing, implementing, and supporting AD DS-based solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
