**HSE Technician II**

Promotes HSE and participates in risk minimization and prevention at site, executing operational tasks.

**Job description**:

- Conducts regular inspections of the site under responsibility on HSE matters.
- Reports any deficiencies and non-conformities identified and ensures any corrective actions are implemented.
- Analyzes site statistics and enters the data into the group Synergy system and offers recommendations.
- Develops and updates the HSE plans for the site and follows their implementation.
- Enhances HSE awareness of all employees, subcontractors etc. at site.
- Ensures that adequate training has been provided to all personnel according to their job's requirements.
- Ensures that HSE equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, and maintained.
- Supervises/coordinates actions within the HSES team
- Ensures homogeneity/coherence within the pakageof the managed perimeter
- Ensures the transfer of experience/knowledge

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Certificate or equivalent / technical background in HSES
- Recognized Auditing qualification
- Formal Accident / Incident Investigation training
- Over 2 years of experience on the matter
