**YOUR ROLE**:

- Responsibility for Technical Supplies Indirect Material and Services sourcing.
- Engagement of stakeholders in Operations/Legal/Finance team, to steer sourcing projects leading to cost reduction, value creation, optimal timeline/quality and risk mitigation.
- Work with Global and Regional Purchasing team to define and execute sourcing strategies to maximize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance and best leverage the supply base, industry insights and innovations from the markets.
- Establish strategic supplier relationships and manage supplier performance.
- Ensure governance and compliance of source-to-pay process with clear documentation and in line with global/regional policies and tools.
- Reporting into Purchasing Material Group Lead of Technical Supplies, LATAM

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Min 5 years working experience - preferably in Sourcing related to production plant construction projects.
- Advanced English.
- Good knowledge of Mexican Technical Supplies (civil construction, equipment etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with influencing and convincing abilities, experience on communication with management level would be advantageous.
- Self-driven with strong analytical thinking, process mindset and conceptual skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, procurement systems such as SAP Ariba
