Work as part of the Corporate Strategic Planning (CSP) Team responsible for defining and molding the company’s strategic framework, defining key levers and enablers to reach its objectives, through data driven analysis of markets, competitors, and industry global trends. Defining and assessing business opportunities across geographies, leading internal consulting projects for CEMEX worldwide, participating M&A/BD transactions and contributing to the development of our Urbanization Solutions portfolio.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyze markets' conditions and competitors' strategy and performance to identify opportunities towards improving CEMEX positioning in the industry
- Explore trends regarding strategy definition and execution in both out industry and others
- Participate in the definition of CEMEX global strategy, and the roadmap to achieve our vision, including key levers and enablers that support strategy execution
- Develop strategic frameworks to guide company’s strategy execution and communication
- Assess business development opportunities in CEMEX and non-CEMEX markets and geographies within our value chain
- Lead project work streams of internal consulting projects for CEMEX worldwide
- Support implementation and monitor progress in CEMEX networks projects
- Participate in M&A transactions, developing valuation models (DCF, multiples, etc.) and evaluating transaction investment metrics
- Develop materials for top management meetings and events
- Present own pieces of work to senior management

**Qualifications**:

- Academic Background: College +5 years of work experience
- Subject / Major: Accounting, Administration, Economy, Finance, Industrial engineering, Information Systems, International Negotiations, Information Technology, Engineering
- 5 years of work experience in Strategic Planning (highly desired), Consulting, M&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, Finance, Corporate Planning, Business Development, Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Advanced English required (C1/C2 or TOEFL/IELTS equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
