**The Role**
**What will I do?**
- Be part of a growing team of growth science at Clip which comprises growth product managers, engineers, data science, UX/UI and Brand.
- Craft and execute growth initiatives across - acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, churn reduction, and the cross-product cohort for new Products at Clip
- Innovate on out-of-the-box hyper-scaling strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of our market category, messaging, and personas to drive awareness, consideration and conversion to its highest potential
- Build the culture of creative and methodical problem solving. Bring people together to understand needs, identify options, form hypotheses, make decisions, and learn faster through feedback
- Own relationship with managers and directors, forging strong communication and service level agreements (SLAs) between marketing, sales, strategy, product and engineering
- Define and deliver insightful product recommendations to business leaders and the executive team in a persuasive and thoughtful manner
- Question continually the process to optimize for maximum efficiency across the product growth life cycle
- Operate with ruthless focus and prioritization, and nevey shying away from wearing multiple hats, if/when needed
- Excellent communication skills in a cross-border/language environment (often with remote team members).
- Advocate for the best end-to-end experience that balances the desires from many inputs including design, user-experience, marketing and operations.
- Bachelors/masters in computer science and/or management, or related field / related experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product development or product/growth marketing. 1+ years of experience in growth marketing. Experience in FinTech/PayTech/FinServ would be preferable.
- 3+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, data, design and research teams
- 2-3 growth hacks that has resulted in 10X growth
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in analytical toolkits/systems/experimentation, and hands-on experience in statistics
- You have proven record of innovation and growth; and you’ve successfully demonstrated scaling the product by thinking outside the box
- Obsessed with data, metrics and experimentations across the user’s journey
- High business acumen and expertise in critical thinking
- Ability to thrive in a high demanding entrepreneurial environment
- A great communicator who speak their mind, brings diverse thinking and loves getting challenged
- Understanding of web tracking methods and reporting tools.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
- Proficiency in using Excel.
