- Develop, control, plan and efficiently enforce the maintenance program to all equipment and infrastructure of the company, creating strategies and elements for the timely execution of predictive, preventive and planned maintenance. As well as the administration of all assets and control their documentation and maintenance records.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Know and research of the assets: Study and observation of the equipment (know what material they are made of, what are the manufacturer's recommendations, know the internal operation of its operation and its operating conditions, among others). Diagnose the physical assets of the organization: Perform diagnostics, which help to know the detection, occurrence, conditions of use, environmental conditions, frequency, severity and if possible detectability. This type of information is obtained by developing diagnostics such as the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Method (FMEA). Organization and storage of information: All department information must be controlled, correctly recorded and archived, for case studies or future audits. Develop work instructions: The maintenance planner designs work instructions, procedures with structured steps, maintenance routines and records to file them, to guide technicians when intervening equipment. **Experiência y requisitos**
- Supply of work materials: The maintenance planner knows what materials, supplies and tools are required to perform each task. That's why you can calculate them in advance and request from purchases everything necessary for technicians to execute each task. Depending on the case, it could even be personally responsible for the preparation of the budget and the acquisition of spare parts, materials and supplies to subsequently distribute them and control their proper use. Reporting: The maintenance planner is responsible for ensuring that all this information that is exchanged through documents, work orders and personal interaction, must be collected, organized, formalized and presented through periodic reports. These specify completed tasks, to-dos, and delayed tasks. - Experience in statistical monitoring and control processes
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six sigma
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems
- Advanced knowledge in OfficeEDUCATION:Essential:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics or related.
